Rhodes to Join Rochdale on Loan - Ipswich Town News
Town striker Jordan Rhodes is set to join League Two Rochdale on a month's loan. Rhodes could make his debut for Dale on Saturday when they face Rotherham at the Don Valley Stadium.
Boss Jim Magilton had previously said he wanted to keep the 18-year-old striker at Portman Road, but the youngster's opportunities have been limited so far this season and with Jon Stead coming in on loan, his appearances in the first team look likely to be even more infrequent at this stage of his career.
Rhodes, who spent time on loan at Blue Square Premier side Oxford United last season, was previously linked with a loan move to Rochdale in February.
