Town will next year be playing in the FA Barclaycard Premiership, after the FA agreed a new sponsorship deal. The current deal with Carling expires in the summer after its 3 year deal worth £36million. The new deal is worth £48 million for another 3 years, and was approved by a unanimous vote from the Premiership clubs.
David Sheepshanks will be announcing a new sponsorship deal of our own tomorrow, after Greene King's £2.5 million offer was turned down. The front runners for this are said to be NPower and BT.
