Trotter Joins Grimsby on Loan - Ipswich Town News
Midfielder Liam Trotter has joined Grimsby Town on a month's loan. Trotter, who has made five appearances for the Blues this season, scoring one goal, is expected to make his debut for the Mariners on Saturday at Morecambe.
Boss Jim Magilton told the club site: "It's important that our younger players are gaining experience of first team football all the time.
"Liam will have a chance of getting regular football over the next month and that will add to his education in the game."
Trotter, 20, previously went on loan to Millwall during the 2006/07 season.
