Pablo Injury Not Serious - Ipswich Town News
Striker Pablo Couñago has received the good news that the ankle injury he suffered in training last week is not serious and he could be back in action as soon as this weekend. The Spaniard has missed Town's last two games.
Physio Matt Byard told the club site: "Pablo has had a scan and it's good news. There is no major damage to the ligament and it's healing well.
"We can begin his rehab and, while he still has to be considered doubtful for the weekend, he has not been ruled out.
"We are hoping that he may be able to train by the end of the week and we will see what his reaction is from there."
