Beattie Arrested - Ipswich Town News
Town legend Kevin Beattie was arrested on suspicion of theft late last week. The ex-England defender, 54, was released on police bail until November 11th.
It believed Beattie was questioned regarding the alleged disappearance of money from a house in Ipswich.
Further to two earlier stories, two of the names of U18s players were inadvertently mangled. Manbe should have been Lambe and Meek ought to have been Meekings.
And in addition to the earlier Alan Mahon story, Town are reported to have suggested various swap deals with Burnley but a cash deal is said to be more likely.
