Duo Set for Irish Caps - Ipswich Town News
Academy duo Ronan Murray and David Cawley could win Republic of Ireland U18 caps this evening when their side takes on hosts France at the Tournoi de Limoges.
Striker Murray won his first U18 cap in Tuesday's 0-0 draw with Serbia, while midfielder Cawley was left on the sidelines, but is likely to be involved today.
Murray and Cawley, who were previously capped at U16 level, are first-year scholars with the academy but spent their final school year with the Blues on a scheme run by the Irish education system.
The Irish youngsters face Denmark in their final match on Saturday.
