Wickham Set for Live Sky England Appearance - Ipswich Town News
Academy schoolboy Connor Wickham could win his first England U16 cap this evening when his side take on Wales in the Sky Sports Victory Shield in Llanelli. The game is being shown live on Sky Sports One at 7.30pm.
Striker Wickham was forced to pull out of England's 6-0 victory over Northern Ireland in the opening game due to a hip injury.
Wickham won four U17 caps in the summer at the Nordic Tournament in Denmark in which England annually field an U16 squad despite the competition being for the older age group.
