Murray Wins Third Cap - Ipswich Town News
Academy striker Ronan Murray won his third Republic of Ireland U18 cap on Saturday afternoon as his side completed their Tournoi de Limoges campaign with a 2-1 defeat to Denmark. Ireland picked up only a single point during the tournament.
Striker Murray played in all three games, but Town midfielder David Cawley missed out on any involvement, presumably due to injury.
Elsewhere, academy schoolboy Connor Wickham was an unused sub for England's U16s last night as they beat Wales 1-0 in the Sky Sports Victory Shield.
