Ambrose Deal Monday - Ipswich Town News
Town are set to sign former midfielder Darren Ambrose on loan on Monday with a view to a permanent deal in January.
TWTD first broke news of Ambrose's imminent return on the Message Board during this afternoon's victory over Blackpool, Jim Magilton having first been linked with a move for the 24-year-old in November 2007 and recently admitting his interest in the player who left Town for Newcastle for £1 million in 2003.
Ambrose is out of contract with cash-strapped Charlton next summer and the Addicks will need to sell him in January in order to get a fee for the former England U21 international.
