Wickham Named in England Squad - Ipswich Town News

Academy schoolboy Connor Wickham has been named in the England U16 squad for their Sky Sports Victory Shield game with Scotland at Lincoln's Sincil Bank on Friday, 28th November (Sky Sports Two, 7.30pm).

Striker Wickham won his first England U16 cap as a 63rd minute sub during the recent 1-0 Sky Sports Victory Shield victory over Wales.

In the summer, he won four U17 caps at the Nordic Tournament in Denmark in which England annually field an U16 squad despite the competition being for the older age group.
