It's Scotland v England! - Ipswich Town News
The European Championships Play-Off draw has inevitably paired England and Scotland together. Richard Wright is likely to be called up for the two-legged affair along with former team-mate Kieron Dyer. England will travel to Scotland for the first leg on Saturday, November 13 and the Scots head south four days later, on Wednesday, November 17.
Ireland and probably Matt Holland will play Turkey on the same dates with the Irish having home advantage the first time around.
Town will almost certainly be forced to play the game with Tranmere on November 13th without both these key players as we will not have the required three players on call that week. We await and annoyed George Burley's statement if the players are called up.
