Blue Square North side Droylsden have been unsuccessful with their appeal against their expulsion from the FA Cup.
The Bloods were kicked out of the competition for fielding a suspended player in their second round rescheduled replay against Chesterfield.
Town will face the Spireites at Portman Road in the third round tie on Saturday.
