Burnley's Akinbiyi Linked - Ipswich Town News
Town are interested in Burnley striker Ade Akinbiyi, according to one of this morning's tabloids. The 34-year-old has been largely out of favour at Turf Moor this season.
While Town are likely to be looking for a frontman during the transfer window a move for the much-travelled Akinbiyi would be a surprise.
The Hackney-born striker started his career at Norwich City, during which time he had loan spells at Hereford and Brighton, before moving on to Gillingham, Bristol City, Wolves, Leicester, Crystal Palace, Stoke, Sheffield United and finally the Clarets.
