Rhodes on Target for Brentford Again - Ipswich Town News
On-loan striker Jordan Rhodes continued his good form for Brentford with a last-gasp equaliser at Accrington which took the Bees to the top of League Two. Rhodes held off a defender and lashed the ball home in the 94th minute to gain his side a 1-1 draw.
The 19-year-old has now scored five goals in his six appearances during his month with Brentford. The Bees are keen to keep him for longer, but Town are considering recalling him when his spell ends to rejoin the first team squad at Portman Road.
Meanwhile, young left-back Kurt Robinson was in the Rushden side which lost 3-0 at Burton Albion on Monday night. The result led to manager Garry Hill handing in his resignation.
