Burnley League and Watford Youth Cup Dates Set - Ipswich Town News
Town's home game with Burnley had been rescheduled for Tuesday, 17th March with a 7.45pm kick-off. The Blues have also announced that the abandoned FA Youth Cup fifth round tie with Watford will now be played on the Saturday, 7th March, the original date of the Burnley match (KO 3pm).
The Clarets are playing Arsenal in the FA Cup that afternoon. If Burnley and the Gunners draw their fifth round tie then their replay will be on March 17th and the Town game will move back to Tuesday, 7th April.
The FA Youth Cup tie between the Blues and Hornets was abandoned in the 88th minute due to a waterlogged pitch with the score at 0-0.
