Youths Knocked Out By Watford - Ipswich Town News
A Marvin Sordell hat-trick ended Town's FA Youth Cup campaign as Watford defeated the young Blues 3-2 after extra-time in this afternoon's rearranged fifth round tie. Town had been two down to the Hornets, but goals from Ronan Murray and Jack Ainsley took the game into extra-time.
The tie was originally staged last month when the game was abandoned due to a waterlogged pitch with two minutes of normal time remaining. Watford now face Birmingham away in the sixth round.
