Dos Santos Out of Mexico Games - Ipswich Town News
On-loan striker Giovani Dos Santos is out of Mexico's World Cup qualifiers with Costa Rica and Honduras due to the groin injury he sustained during Saturday's 0-0 draw with Watford.
Dos Santos travelled to Mexico early this week to be assessed by the international squad's doctors, who decided that the problem will keep him out of action for 10 days.
The striker or midfielder is now expected to return to England and looks set to be fit for Town's trip to Sheffield United on April 4th.
Tommy Miller will be fine for the visit to Bramall Lane after suffering a dead leg against Watford, while David Wright will miss training this week as he looks to recover from the hamstring injury which forced him off against the Hornets.
