Eagles Linked With Town Gig - Ipswich Town News

Town are reported to be in talks with veteran rockers The Eagles regarding a possible Portman Road gig in the summer. The Red Hot Chili Peppers were the last band to play Portman Road back in the summer of 2007.

There has been no confirmation of the gig from either the club or the group's management, while one report suggests that although talks have taken place the proposed concert is now not likely to take place. A date of June 20th had reportedly been pencilled in.
