North Stand Latest - Ipswich Town News
The demolition of the North Stand continues apace and the larger part of it is likely to be gone by the end of the week. Today saw the scoreboard taken away which means the roof can now be removed.
The scoreboard will be placed between the two tiers of the South Stand ready for next season. A similar board will be added to the North Stand when it is complete, hopefully by next April.
The plan for the summer is that piling work will begin in early to mid-June and last for two or three weeks. The main structure of the stand is planned for an early August start.
