Clarke Nets First For Brentford - Ipswich Town News

Striker Billy Clarke opened his account for Brentford as the League Two leaders drew 1-1 at Bradford. Clarke, who Town will release at the end of the season, headed home in the 63rd minute.

Shane Supple and Joe Royle are still without a win since joining and rejoining Oldham respectively, Peterborough beating the Latics 2-1 at Boundary Park.

Jai Reason experienced defeat for the first time with Cambridge United in the 11th game of his loan spell as the U's fell to a surprise 1-0 defeat at home to Forest Green.

Kurt Robinson, who like Reason and Clarke will be released in the summer, was in the Rushden side which beat Salisbury 2-1 at Nene Park.

Liam Trotter wasn't in action as Scunthorpe face Luton in Sunday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy final, although the Town midfielder is ineligible having played for Grimsby earlier in the competition.

Chris Casement's Wycombe weren't in action this weekend, while Dan Harding was again not involved for Reading is still to make their 16 since joining the Royals in January.
