Liam Trotter scored the first goal of his loan spell at Scunthorpe as Dan Harding finally made his debut for Reading earlier this evening.
Trotter headed in the Iron's first goal in a 3-3 draw at Northampton having made his third start for the Glanford Park club.
Dan Harding made his Reading debut and played the full 90 minutes as the Royals won 2-0 at Derby County.
Billy Clarke ended his run of four goals in four games as Brentford lost 3-1 at Dagenham and Redbridge but remain top of League Two.
