Supple Set to Sign - Ipswich Town News
Keeper Shane Supple is understood to have agreed to sign a new one-year deal with the Blues. The Irish U21 international was offered new terms by manager Roy Keane last week with his current contract up at the end of June.
The 22-year-old made only one appearance for Town last season, in the Carling Cup tie at home to Leyton Orient, but also spent time on loan with Oldham.
During his time with the Latics, Supple was watched by former Blues keeper-coach Andy Rhodes, who these days fulfils a similar role with Preston North End.
