Town to Face Brentford in Pre-Season - Ipswich Town News
Town will play a pre-season friendly at Brentford's Griffin Park on Wednesday 15th July. The Blues have a close relationship with the League Two champions, having sent Dean Bowditch, Jordan Rhodes and Billy Clarke on loan there during 2008/09.
Town played a game at Brentford in the last pre-season programme with Pim Balkestein and Danny Haynes netting the goals in a 2-0 win.
The game against the Bees is the second pre-season match to be announced with the Blues already taking on Colchester at Portman Road in Fabian Wilnis's testimonial on Saturday 25th July.
