Town at Charlton in Pre-Season - Ipswich Town News

Town will play Charlton in a pre-season friendly at the Valley on Tuesday, 28th July (KO 7.45pm). The game could see former Blues Darren Ambrose and Matt Holland and Town's Kevin Lisbie and Ben Thatcher line-up against their old clubs.

The Blues have previously announced a friendly at Southend on Wednesday 22nd July, at Brentford on Wednesday 15th July and the Fabian Wilnis testimonial at Portman Road against Colchester on Saturday 25th July.

Meanwhile, Birmingham have been linked with Manchester United winger Lee Martin, a player also said to be interesting the Blues.
