Cork Boss Delighted With Friendly - Ipswich Town News
Town's as yet unconfirmed friendly away against boss Roy Keane's hometown club of Cork City has been pencilled in for Sunday 19th July.
Cork City manager Paul Doolin says he will be delighted to welcome the Irish legend and his Town team: "Roy Keane is obviously a very popular figure in Cork and will be a very welcome visitor to Turner's Cross.
"It's always good to have friendly matches against English clubs, and it is also good for Cork City as a club.
"I would hope there would be a very good turnout for the game, as there was for the game against Sunderland a couple of years ago.â€Â
