Cambridge Offer Reason Deal - Ipswich Town News
Cambridge United have offered released Town midfielder Jai Reason a permanent contract. Reason became a key member of the U's side which reached the Blue Square Premier play-off final before being defeated 2-0 by Torquay.
Manager Gary Brabin says an offer has been made and that talks with the 19-year-old are ongoing: "We've spoken to Jai Reason, as well, and we're working hard to try to keep him at the club because he has done very well for us this season."
Reason made 17 starts and no sub appearances for the Abbey Stadium club, scoring twice, during his loan spell between February and May.
