Keane Expecting Supple and Trotter Decisions Soon - Ipswich Town News
Boss Roy Keane says he should know whether out of contract duo Shane Supple and Liam Trotter will be signing their new deals with the Blues next week. The duo are the last two current players left to commit to new contracts with Alex Bruce and Ed Upson already having signed new terms.
Keane told the club site: "We are getting closer to a decision with both of them.
"It's that time at the moment when you have people away on holiday and we've also been involved in things like redeveloping the training ground, but I expect it to be sorted out one way or another next week."
Supple has previously stated that he wants to stay with the Blues, while Trotter has also been offered terms by former loan club Scunthorpe.
