Bowditch Joins Yeovil on Trial - Ipswich Town News
Released Town striker Dean Bowditch is with League One Yeovil Town on trial. The 23-year-old, who was with League Two Notts County last week, is joined at Huish Park by ex-Sunderland defender Niall McArdle, who played for the Blues at Gorleston on Saturday.
Bowditch is joining the Yeovil squad for a pre-season tour of Devon this week, as is McArdle, who it appears failed to impress the Town management with his performance at Gorleston on Saturday.
Released full-back Dan Harding was also with Yeovil last week, although it's unclear whether the former Leeds and Brighton man will make the trip to Devon.
Also off on a pre-season tour of Devon this week is ex-Blue Ian Westlake, who is continuing his trial with Wycombe Wanderers.
