Bristol City have confirmed the signing of Danny Haynes for an undisclosed fee believed to be in the region of £400,000. The 21-year-old has signed a three-year deal at Ashton Gate.
Striker or wide midfielder Haynes joined the Blues after leaving Charlton's academy - where he had played as a full-back - in 2004 and was a member of the 2005 FA Youth Cup-winning side.
The Londoner, who spent a short spell on loan at Millwall in 2006, made 43 starts and 85 sub appearances for the Blues, scoring 19 goals, many of them against Norwich City.
