Keane: Valladolid a Different Test - Ipswich Town News
Boss Roy Keane says Spanish side Real Valladolid will provide his side with a different challenge when they visit Portman Road on Friday evening (KO 7.30pm).
Keane told the club site: "It will be a different game and a different challenge from the other pre-season games we've had.
"Our new fitness coach, Antonio Gomez, knows about them and we've watched them on TV and they will look to keep possession of the ball for long periods.
"It's a game that I'm sure we will learn from and one that we are looking forward to."
The Town squad are spending a second day with the army at Colchester.
Elsewhere, former Blue Antonio Murray scored for Barnet at Billericay during a trial appearance for the Bees last night. Murray left Blue Square Premier side Histon at the end of last season.
