Blades Linked With Shittu - Ipswich Town News
Town target Danny Shittu is being linked with a loan move to Sheffield United. The 29-year-old, mentioned in connection with a move to the Blues yesterday, is out of favour at Bolton and appears certain to leave the Reebok Stadium.
The Blades are said to be close to signing the man mountain defender on a loan deal with a view to £1.5 million permanent move. Newcastle United are also said to have shown interest.
Town boss Roy Keane refused to be drawn on the speculation linking Shittu with the Blues.
