Old Boys in Masters Action - Ipswich Town News

There were almost as many Town old boys in action in the Southern Masters last night as there were when Town were actually in the Central version a week ago. And some of them were a lot more successful than the Town-shirted players were.

Paul Goddard and Steve Whitton both scored crucial goals as West Ham beat Arsenal 5-4 in the final to go through to the national competition. Brian Talbot was amongst the Arsenal side while other former Town players on show included Kevin Wilson, Mark Stuart and Ian Juryeff.
