Rumours today surround interest from Tottenham in Matt Holland. Apparently according to the London Evening Standard the North Londoners see Holland as a future replacement for Tim Sherwood with the Ruel Fox rumour resurfacing as part of the deal. George Burley has said on several occasions that no-one will be sold during this season, although if a huge offer came in we might not be able to refuse it and, given recent history, we shouldn't rule out interest from Spurs in anyone. That Charlie Woods has a lot to answer for.

We suspect, however, that the whole thing is paper talk once again.
