North Open for West Ham - Ipswich Town News
TWTD has been told by people who know these things that the West Ham game on October 27th is the date the club have pencilled in for the first use of the new North Stand. Currently the stand is still looking very flat, but it is expected to start rising from the rubble in the near future.
On a less positive note we have heard that one-third of the Cobbold Stand may be shut for the PSV friendly on August 4th after asbestos was found during recent work. A large amount of asbestos has also been found in the Portman Road gym.
