Southend Reserve Game Switches Venue - Ipswich Town News
Wednesday’s reserves game against Southend has switched from Portman Road to the Playford Road Training Centre (KO 2pm).
The change has been made due to the condition of the Portman Road pitch in the wake of Saturday’s 3-2 victory over Coventry City.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Town’s U18s face Arsenal in their FA Youth Cup fourth round tie at Barnet’s Underhill (KO 7pm).
The young Blues beat Tranmere 2-0 in the third round.
Earlier in the season Town's U18s beat Arsenal 3-2 at Playford Road in a league game and also won a pre-season friendly 1-0 at the Gunners' Shenley Training Centre.
The winners of Tuesday’s game will face Fulham at home in the fifth round.
