Town Close Buttermarket Shop - Ipswich Town News
Town have announced the closure of the club shop in the Buttermarket. The Planet Blue store will shut its doors for the final time on February 7th.
Sales and marketing director Andrew Goulborn explained the decision: "We will be concentrating all our efforts on the Portman Road superstore.
"We are also experiencing a continued growth in customers shopping online and that, along with the need to streamline our retail operation in a tough market, are factors that have been considered in making this decision, with the club currently looking at enhancing the online service for match tickets.”
The Portman Road shop will open on Sundays from 14th February.
