Clegg and Baxter in Suffolk\'s Top 100 - Ipswich Town News

Town chief executive Simon Clegg and Community Trust chief executive Terry Baxter have been named in the Suffolk 100, a list of individuals whose influence enhances and enriches the county and contributes to its business success.

Clegg said: "Since my arrival in Ipswich, I have been struck by just how influential the football club is, in terms of its impact on both business and the wider community.

"I am very pleased that the huge amount of work the club and its associated charity the Ipswich Town Community Trust undertakes has been recognised in this way.”

Also on the list are David Sheepshanks, still on the Town board and chairman of the PLC and the Community Trust, for his work with the Suffolk Foundation, and club vice-patron John Kerr for Easton Farm Park.
