Healy Reported to Want to Stay With Town - Ipswich Town News
Loan striker David Healy has already decided he wants to quit Sunderland and join the Blues permanently in the summer, according to one of this morning’s tabloids.
It would be little surprise if Healy does want to make his switch permanent, having said he has been enjoying his time here in his column in the Belfast Telegraph.
Healy, whose Sunderland contract is up in the summer of 2011, scored his first Town goal in the 1-1 draw at Scunthorpe last Tuesday.
The striker will be away with the Northern Ireland squad this week for their friendly in Albania.
