Colback Off On Premier League Debut - Ipswich Town News
Former loanee Jack Colback was sent off for two bookable offences on his Premier League debut for Sunderland as the Wearsiders lost 2-1 at Wolves on the final day of the season. The 20-year-old returned to the Black Cats earlier in the week after his season-long loan with the Blues.
The midfielder was introduced as a 77th minute sub and picked up his first caution for a foul on Ronald Zubar in the 84th minute and his second for a challenge on the same player deep in injury time.
Sunderland ended the game with nine men, Michael Turner having been sent off earlier on.
