Community Trust Summer Holiday Courses - Ipswich Town News

Town’s Community Trust will be running their SCORE coaching and games programmes during the summer holidays. The sessions, which are run by an experienced FA-qualified coaching team, take place in Bury St Edmunds, Framlingham, Ipswich, Thetford, Elmswell, Felixstowe, Saxmundham, Woodbridge, Mildenhall, Brandon, Martlesham and Kesgrave.

SCORE is open to children aged from 4—19 and offers a number of courses, including one and two-day Soccer Camps, Goalkeeper Training Camps, Girls Only courses and Pan-Disability Soccer Camps. SCORE one-day camps cost £12 and two-day courses are £20.

Crazee’s Club, the new name for Soccer 4s, will also be running throughout the summer at Portman Road and other venues in Suffolk. Specifically designed for children aged 4 — 6 years-old, Crazee’s Club aims to help introduce basic ball skills and to provide small children with a fun and safe environment in which to develop their football skills. Children will also get the chance to meet Crazee, the ITFC mascot.

The Community Trust is also offering aspiring goalkeepers the chance to refine and develop their skills with new Advanced Goalkeeping Camps. There they can learn from the professionals with all participants taken to the academy to watch Town’s professional keepers in training. Two 15-hour courses will take place across the summer, aimed at different age groups. Advanced Goalkeeper Camps are priced at just £50.
