Walters Again Linked With Stoke - Ipswich Town News
Stoke City are again reported to be ready to make a move for Blues skipper Jon Walters. The Potters were linked with the 26-year-old in 2008, although never got as far as making a bid, and again earlier in the summer.
Walters, who was in tonight’s team at Bury, has been strongly tipped for a move away from Portman Road this summer with QPR also understood to be interested.
Meanwhile, former Blue Andy Marshall is on trial at Charlton Athletic having been released by Aston Villa at the end of the season. Marshall has recently been training with Colchester.
