Priskin and Fülöp in Hungary Squad to Face England - Ipswich Town News
Striker Tamás Priskin and likely new keeper Márton Fülöp have been named in Hungary’s squad for their friendly with England at Wembley on Wednesday 11th August. The call-ups mean they will be unavailable for the Blues’ Carling Cup tie at Exeter the previous night.
Priskin has won 26 full caps, scoring seven goals and his close friend Fülöp has played for their country on 21 occasions.
The Blues are already without Gareth McAuley and Conor Hourihane for the Exeter game due to international commitments. Owen Garvan, like Hourihane named in the Republic of Ireland U21 squad, will almost certainly have joined Crystal Palace well before next week’s matches.
