Pullen Signs Deal at Blackpool - Ipswich Town News
James Pullen has signed a short-term deal at Blackpool and spent Saturday afternoon sat on the Seasiders' bench as they lost 2-0 at home to Reading.
Pullen and former Barnsley player Martin Bullock have both joined Blackpool on similar terms, manager Steve McMahon: "They've both signed monthly contracts with a view to longer term deals being arranged if everything goes well, I'm delighted to get them in as it adds both quality and depth to the squad. It was important to bring James in as he will provide both cover and competition for Phil Barnes, who would have been our only keeper and Martin provides cover in a number of positions with his versatility."
Pullen said of his loan move: "I am pleased to sign and am looking forward to taking part, obviously I'm hoping to break through into the first team as soon as possible as it is a great opportunity to show what I can do."
