Town Fans Invited to Witches Help for Heroes Night - Ipswich Town News

The Ipswich Witches speedway team are inviting Town fans along to their Help for Heroes night at Foxhall Stadium tonight (7.30pm start). The Witches face the Swindon Robins in the fundraiser for the forces charity.

The evening is free for all members of the armed forces on production of their warrant cards and they will be able to bring along up to three guests for free.

The Witches are also offering free admission to all children under the age of 15 when accompanied by an adult.

Horry Money, the Witches sponsorship co-ordinator, told TWTD: "I know that many Town supporters also follow the Witches and it will be a great night up at Foxhall, giving the Suffolk public an opportunity to thank our armed forces for all the brave and tireless work that they carry out on our behalf.

"Help for Heroes is a fantastic cause and we are proud to be putting on such an evening. We had a thrilling meeting against Lakeside Hammers last week and the atmosphere at the stadium was fantastic."

Former Blues Jason Dozzell, Simon Milton and Chris Kiwomya are backing the evening and will be attendance, while the current first team squad and staff have also been invited.

The Witches will be making a contribution to Help for Heroes from gate receipts and a collection will be taken on the night. If you wish to make a donation, contact Horry Money.
