Keane: No Pablo Interest - Ipswich Town News
Town boss Roy Keane says the Blues are yet to receive any interest in outcast striker Pablo Couñago. The Spaniard has been left out of the last two squads after a bust-up with Keane at the recent friendly with a Spurs XI.
Keane says that despite reports claiming Couñago’s former boss George Burley will look to take him to Crystal Palace, there has so far been no enquiry: "Not one phone call regarding Pablo.”
The 31-year-old won’t be involved in Saturday’s home game against Burnley with Republic of Ireland U19 international Ronan Murray having gone ahead of the one-time Spain U21 international in the pecking order.
