Town’s U18s fell to a 4-1 defeat at Leicester City this lunchtime. Aaron Jones netted an 83rd minute consolation for Mike Pejic’s men.
The Foxes went ahead in the second minute and were the better side for the most part with the win sealed with three goals in nine minutes around the hour mark. Town’s U16s also lost heavily to the same opposition, their match ending 5-2.
U18s: O’Donnell, Bennett, McKeown, Meekings, Schrøder, Jones, Carson, Burke, Lawrence (Scotcher 60), Simmons, Lavery. Unused: Maduako, Acott, Whight.
