The Blues have appointed Steve Mason as Retail and Commercial Manager. Mason's job covers a variety of retail areas and he will be responsible for all three club shops.
He has worked with teams of varying sizes and for organisations with turnovers above £200 million.
Mason says of his appointment: "I'm absolutely delighted to be joining Ipswich Town Football Club to help deliver its ambition of providing its fans with further improvements in the areas of customer service, product range and the overall presentation of all of its retail formats. Together with the existing team our main aim will be to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible and one that makes us the envy of the rest of the Premiership."
