Town Release Pejic Statement - Ipswich Town News
Town have released a statement regarding the suspension of U18s coach Mike Pejic. The 60-year-old, who joined the academy staff in June after leaving a similar role at Plymouth, was suspended at the end of last week after a fall out with members of his squad amid allegations of bullying.
A Town spokesman told TWTD: "We are currently following an internal procedure and we are obliged not to make any comment under that process.”
In the meantime, academy manager Sammy Morgan and coach Gerard Nash are likely to continue to take charge of Pejic’s squad.
