Doncaster Match Off - Ipswich Town News
Tuesday’s game at Doncaster has been postponed due to a frozen pitch. A pitch inspection was held at 10.30am and it was quickly decided that the Keepmoat Stadium surface would be unplayable.
Rovers manager Sean O'Driscoll and director of football Mickey Walker were at the inspection with Walker commenting: "In all my years in football, I have not seen a playing surface as solid as the one we have here at the Keepmoat."
Doncaster chairman John Ryan said last Wednesday that his groundstaff would "have it all on” to get the game played.
