A goal from sub Jide Maduako saw Town’s U18s to a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace at Playford Road this morning.
The U18s, with Gerard Nash in charge on the touchline, had to wait until the 86th minute before the centre-half headed home from a corner after an impressive display against top of the table Palace. The Blues U16s beat the same opposition 3-0.
U18s: O’Donnell, Bennett, Meekings, McKeown (Maduako 69), Whight, Tiofack (Lawrence 69), Jones, Scotcher, Carson, October, Burke. Unused: Hammond, Thompson.
